Founded by trained chef and creative polymath Rachelle McGinnis-Lopez, the bakery blends artistry and celebration in every bite. She’s supported by her husband David, daughter Allie, and the beloved pets who started it all: Nolan, their wise 12-year-old Beagle mix; Noelle, the regal cuddle-bug Maine Coon; and the newest additions, Sugar Cookie and her half-brother Jacques, two spirited Beagle puppies with a nose for mischief.
